Terms and Condition of Travel

1. Making Booking

Full payment or Deposit must be made on booking.

We offer 24 hour cooling off period on bookings (if not within 14days Day/Theatre, 45 days Holiday Prior to departure), this is if you booked the wrong tour, etc, then you can cancel the booking and refund or transfer onto another tour.

2. Cancellation By Client (You)

Holidays,
- All Deposit are Non-Refunable or Non-Transferable to another tour, if you wish to cancel.
- Final Payment (Deadline) - After this stated point (normally 45 day prior), all payments are non-refundable.

Day Tours / Holidays,
- All payments Deposit or Fulll Payments are non-refunable or non-transferable onto another tour.

3. Cancellation by Gold Star Tours (Us)

If GST cancel any whole tour, then you the client can,
- Refund the whole payment back via same way it was paid.
- Hold on you account / use it on another tour.

4. FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE

If the offer of Deposit and Final Payment, then you must pay in full by given deadline,

If this passes and goes over 7 days (late), then Gold Star Tours have the right to cancel your booking without refund of payment/s. We will try and make contact within the 7 days.

5. Late Arrivals of Clients

On intial departure we ask you to be there in goodtime for loading onto the coach. Late to pick up point the driver will only wait 5 minutes pass time, if you miss the coach departure then this is a missed Departure and will lose you place on tour, with no refunds.

On return departure we ask you to be back at coach or pick up point ready before departure. Late Arrivals back, will will try to contact you, but if the drivers, driving time will be lost then the coach will have to depart without you, cost or travel home will be upto and paid by client that have missed the coach.

6. Changes to Booking

Before 20 days prior to departure,

- We can change names on people within group on booking. Day Tours / Theatres we do not have to change names on booking.
- We can change pick up point

Once past 20 days prior to departure, the information is sent to coach company, etc ready for departure.

7. Re-Prints & Itinerary Packs

Due to increasing costs and trying to keep prices down we have had to introduce a addional charges for,

£1each - Reprint and Posted of Confirmation / Invoice
£4each - Additional Itinerary Pack for other client on booking.

8. Can I Bring my Pet or Compassion Dog, etc

We only allow dogs / pets such as highly trained specialist dogs the assist disabled people with physical or life-threatening conditions, like guide dogs for the blind, etc.

The Equality Act 2010 and Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (NI)

require that disabled people have the same rights to services such as accommodation, restaurants, pubs and cafes as everyone else. The Equalities Act 2010 and Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (NI) say that reasonable adjustments must be made in order to avoid discriminating against disabled people.

Assistance dogs trained by ADUK member organisations perform practical assistive tasks for their disabled partners or alert to life-threatening medical conditions to enable their owners to be independent.
