To request walkin shower and other items we would like you to fill out the below form and return it to us, to request/confirm with the hotel the best room for your needs.

Some Hotels / Resorts make charges to confirm,

Warner Hotels - £15 per request

Potter Resort - £20 for confirmed room

So please be aware that we may have to charge a supplement on confirmation.
