Glow at Wisley Gardens with Afternoon Tea

Arriving early afternoon to enjoy some of the gardens in the day time. Aprroximate 15:30 the main garden close ready for Glow, during this time you can attend a prebooked afternoon tea or purchase some food, etc and enjoy a relax, before joining the Light Trail before the rush of general public.

Explore the exciting trail

Wander our enchanting route around the garden and see some of Wisley’s iconic sights in a new and dazzling light. Pick up a treat from the Village Square before heading to Seven Acres to see the illuminated wicker alliums, globes and arches.

The Glasshouse will be filled with light and fun with a Christmas beach theme, and outside, the Glasshouse Lake will sparkle with disco balls. Rock Garden and Oakwood will be all aglow, while the Alpine Meadow becomes a ‘field of fire’. Enjoy the Wisteria Walk lit in a haze of purple, before the grand finale of fire and water at the Laboratory.

Kick off the festive season in style with a tempting choice of food and drinks from the Terrace Restaurant and Wisley Café.  For food on the go, you’ll find hot drinks and yummy treats available to buy from chalets in the Village Square.

 

Festive food chalets – Head to the Village Square for festive-themed chalets selling a variety of delicious treats - hot drinks, Mac ‘n’ Cheese burgers, bratwurst and kathi rolls, churros, doughnuts and sweet treats.

 

Terrace Restaurant – Located next to the Village Square, join us for a festive two or three-course menu alongside delicious cocktails.

 

Wisley Café – Enjoy warming hot drinks, including hot chocolate and mulled wine, alongside delicious soups, homemade sausage rolls, festive sandwiches and a range of Christmas cakes made in our bakery.
