NORFOLK BOAT CRUISE 1.5hrs - Norfolk Broads.

Our 1.5 hour trips depart from the moorings at The Swan Inn, Horning through Horning Village along the River

Bure onto Malthouse Broad and back.

Throughout the trip there is excellent commentary from the skipper and continual pointing out of all the wildlife

around at the time, with background music played for the return journey.

The upper deck has inside and outside seating and provides excellent views across the reed beds. The lower

deck is wheelchair accessible and has a plush lounge inside, along with our onboard bar. Toilets are also

located on the lower deck and there is outside seating available.

THRIGBY HALL WILDLIFE GARDENS

Discover Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens – Norfolk’s Family Wildlife Park

Nestled just outside Great Yarmouth, Thrigby Hall is a one-of-a-kind wildlife park where rare animals, adventure

trails, and historic parkland come together.

From snow leopards and red pandas to walk-through habitats and elevated treetop walkways, it’s the perfect

day out for families, wildlife lovers and curious explorers of all ages.

Follow our elevated wooden walkways across the lake, over the tiger enclosures, and into the treetops. Spot

Snow Leopards, Red Pandas, Gibbons, Crocodiles, and more. Don’t miss the Tiger Machan and Viewing

Platform — you’ll be inches away from some of our most magnificent residents.

GREAT YARMOUTH

Described by Charles Dickens as "the finest place in the universe", today Great Yarmouth is East Anglia's top

seaside venue. Set on 15 miles of wide, flat golden sand with sunny dry weather and a lively promenade, it

oers a huge range of entertainment, sports and shopping. There are two piers, a Model Village, Butterfly

Centre and a Sea Life Centre. Stroll along the prom or catch the unique horse-drawn landaus. At night the resort

is illuminated and renowned for its live entertainment with a wide variety of shows and concerts.

NEW BEACH HOTEL

Situated in Great Yarmouth’s most central location, the New Beach Hotel is in a prime position on the seafront

opposite Britannia Pier and adjacent to the shops and resort amenities. Great Yarmouth has enticing golden

sands and a traditional promenade which is often referred to as the Golden Mile. The resort is endearingly

traditional with Victorian piers, a miniature village and an amusement park with vintage wooden roller coaster.

You will also find a fishing port steeped with military and trading history. For nature, the Norfolk Broads are on

Great Yarmouth’s western shoulder, and you can plan days trips to nature reserves, set o on a blissful voyage

up the River Bure or visit Sandringham or the famous Thursford Spectacular which are just a short drive away.

Many of the hotel bedrooms boast fantastic sea views, where you might catch a glimpse of the local seals

basking in the sun and can enjoy the panoramic views of the resort and seafront. The hotel has a comfortable

sun lounge, where you can watch the world go by, a large restaurant and entertainment room with dance floor,

where you can find entertainment on most evenings, a quiet lounge and a lift to all floors.
