Gazebos and awnings that have been erected within 50 metres of the racecourse must be taken down before racing commences. It is recommended that gazebos and awnings are taken down before racing commences as Ascot Racecourse Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to them; and customers will be liable for any damage caused by them to other customers or their cars.

Customers are not permitted to bring in external caterers to cater for their picnics in Car Parks 1, 2 and 7. Commercial vehicles will not be admitted.
